Refund Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

Every new PC gets a free 7-day trial of everything, so you can make sure RBLX AFKER works for you before paying.

First purchase

If RBLX AFKER doesn't work on your PC, email support@robloxafker.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. The key it bought stops working once refunded.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan anytime from your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't refund partly used periods.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
